SMS and Text Message Consent Policy

  • Is not pre-selected - you must actively check the box to provide consent
  • Contains clear language explaining what types of messages you will receive
  • Includes information about message frequency and data rates
  • Provides a link to this consent policy for your review

2. Verbal or In-Person Consent

If you provide your phone number during a conversation with our representatives (in-person, over the phone, or via video call), we will:

  • Explicitly ask for your consent to send SMS messages
  • Clearly explain the types of messages you will receive
  • Document your consent in our records, including the date, time, and method of consent
  • Send you a confirmation text message that you can reply to in order to confirm your subscription

3. Text-to-Join Programs

  • You may be asked to reply with "YES" or another confirmation keyword to complete your opt-in
  • This double opt-in process ensures that you have intentionally subscribed to our messages

In some cases, we may obtain your written consent through physical or electronic forms that clearly state your agreement to receive SMS communications.

What Types of Messages You May Receive

With your consent, you may receive the following types of SMS messages from us:

Standard message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile carrier. We are not responsible for any charges you may incur from your mobile carrier for receiving or sending text messages.

Your Right to Opt-Out

You have the right to withdraw your consent and stop receiving SMS messages from us at any time, for any reason, and without charge. You can opt-out using any of the following methods:

Opt-Out Methods:

1. Reply "STOP" to any message: Simply reply "STOP" (or "STOPALL", "UNSUBSCRIBE", "CANCEL", "END", or "QUIT") to any SMS message you receive from us. We will send you a confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

2. Reply "HELP" for assistance: If you need help or have questions, reply "HELP" to any message, and we will provide you with information about our messaging service and how to opt-out.

3. Contact us directly: You can also opt-out by emailing us at support@singularityepure.com or by calling us and requesting to be removed from our SMS list.

After you opt-out, we will process your request promptly and remove your phone number from our active messaging list. Please note that you may continue to receive messages for a short period while we process your request. If you continue to receive messages after opting out, please contact us immediately.

Consent Documentation and Record Keeping

We maintain detailed records of all consents obtained, including:

  • The date and time when consent was obtained
  • The method by which consent was obtained (online form, verbal, text-to-join, etc.)
  • The specific language or terms to which you consented
  • Your phone number and any associated account information
  • Records of any opt-out requests and their processing
